Public Offer for Consultancy Services of InTrouble

1. General Provisions

1.1. This public offer (hereinafter — the "Offer") is the official proposal of the InTrouble service, operating under the legal entity Whale Solutions FZCO (License No. 28017 dated 21.03.2023, IFZA, Dubai, UAE) within the scope of its licensed activities, including:

  • Management Consultancies
  • Sourcing & Procurement Consultant
  • Immigration Services
  • Commercial Brokers
  • Grains, Cereals & Legumes Trading
  • Concierge Services
  • Hospitality Services

1.2. Acceptance of this Offer occurs from the moment a Client first contacts the Service (verbally, in writing, or through digital communication channels), which shall be considered an acceptance and conclusion of an agreement under the terms set forth herein.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Service provides remote consultancy and organizational support, including:

  • providing consultations within the scope of its licensed activities;
  • arranging the selection of contractors (lawyers, experts, specialists) for the Client's case;
  • coordinating and facilitating interaction with such contractors.

2.2. The Service is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation before courts or government authorities, and only delivers consultancy and organizational support.

3. Service Provision Procedure

3.1. All services are delivered exclusively remotely via electronic communication channels: messengers, email, online platforms, and other digital means. The Service does not provide in-office appointments or face-to-face meetings.

3.2. All consultations are based solely on the information and documents provided by the Client.

3.3. The Service may engage external contractors and share the Client's information and documents with them to the extent necessary for the performance of tasks, subject to confidentiality.

3.4. The Service may use automated technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) systems, to process information, conduct analysis, and prepare recommendations. Results generated by AI are for informational purposes only and must be further evaluated by the Client and/or licensed specialists.

3.5. Services are deemed rendered once the Client receives a consultation, recommendation, report, or when contractors are connected to the Client's case.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Client shall provide complete and accurate information necessary for analysis and selection of specialists.

4.2. The Service is entitled to:

  • consult the Client within the scope of its licensed activities;
  • recommend and arrange engagement of contractors for specialized services;
  • share the Client's data with lawyers, experts, and contractors solely for the purposes of the case;
  • use artificial intelligence technologies and other IT tools in the course of service provision;
  • refuse services if false information, unlawful actions, or other circumstances making cooperation impossible are identified.
5. Liability

5.1. The Service shall not be liable for:

  • the completeness or accuracy of information provided by the Client;
  • decisions or actions of government bodies and courts;
  • actions or omissions of contractors, lawyers, experts, or other third parties;
  • the final result or outcome of the Client's case.

5.2. Recommendations of the Service are not universal or final solutions and must be independently evaluated by the Client and/or licensed professionals.

5.3. The Service's liability is limited to the amount of fees actually received.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1. Service fees are determined individually and agreed with the Client depending on the nature and scope of the case.

6.2. Fees of third parties (lawyers, experts, government fees, and other contractors) are payable separately by the Client and are not included in the Service's remuneration.

7. Confidentiality and Data Processing

7.1. The Service ensures the confidentiality of the Client's information and documents, except where disclosure is necessary for the provision of services.

7.2. The Client agrees that their data may be shared with contractors and experts solely for the purposes of service delivery, subject to confidentiality obligations.

7.3. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 (UAE Personal Data Protection Law).

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. This Offer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

8.2. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties.

8.3. This Offer is published on the InTrouble website (introuble.ae) and constitutes a public proposal accepted by the Client from the moment of contacting the Service.
