InTrouble Public Offer for Consulting Services
1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) by Whale Solutions FZCO (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), providing services under the brand Introuble (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). It governs the terms and conditions for the provision of consulting services.
1.2. This Offer is drafted in accordance with the legislation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Company and the Client.
1.3. Acceptance of this Offer is confirmed by any of the following actions:
- Payment for the initial consultation.
- Submitting a form on the Service’s official website.
- Initiating communication via the Service’s business accounts on Telegram, WhatsApp, or email.
- Preliminary analysis of the situation and providing recommendations.
- Selection of specialists for further case management.
- Preparation and analysis of documents.
The Company has the right to involve third parties, including legal partners, experts, and specialized agencies, to fulfill its services.
2. Services and Procedure
2.1. The Service provides consulting services remotely via the internet. In-person meetings with Clients are not provided unless necessary during the case management phase. The Service reserves the right to refuse in-person meetings if it does not see a clear need.

2.3. In some cases, obtaining information on behalf of the Client from relevant authorities may require a formal Power of Attorney. Such a Power of Attorney can be issued remotely through a UAE government notary for an additional fee determined by the notary’s tariff.
- Copies of identification documents (passport, Emirates ID, etc.).
- Criminal or civil case numbers (if applicable).
- Documents from courts, immigration authorities, or other relevant institutions.
- Refuse to provide the service.
- Retain the fee for the initial consultation as compensation for the time spent.
2.6. Following the initial consultation, the Client will receive an expert report containing recommendations and possible courses of action.
2.7. Further case management and service fees will be calculated individually based on the complexity and scope of work.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1. The Service provides consulting services only and is not responsible for the final outcome of the case in government bodies, courts, or other institutions.
3.2. The Service does not provide legal representation unless otherwise agreed.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to involve third parties to perform tasks related to obtaining information, document preparation, and analysis.
3.4. The Service is not responsible for the actions or inactions of third parties involved in the case.
3.5. The Client confirms understanding of UAE legislation and legal practices and accepts responsibility for the consequences of providing incomplete or inaccurate information.
4. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
4.1. All data and documents provided by the Client are considered strictly confidential.
4.2. The Company undertakes not to disclose Client information to third parties without written consent, except in cases required by UAE law (e.g., by request of competent authorities).
4.3. The Client agrees not to disclose information provided by the Company, including recommendations, expert reports, or any documents received as part of the services
4.4. Any breach of confidentiality by either party may result in legal liability under UAE law.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Client
- Receive consulting services as outlined in this Offer.
- Expect professional recommendations and analysis upon providing all required documents.
- Provide complete and accurate information necessary for analysis.
- Pay for the initial consultation before analysis begins.
- Issue a formal Power of Attorney through a UAE notary if required for service execution.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. Payment for the consultation, submission of a form on the website, or initiation of communication via messengers/email constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer by the Client.
6.2. Whale Solutions FZCO reserves the right to amend the terms of this Offer. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Service’s official channels.
6.3. All disputes arising under this Offer shall be resolved in accordance with UAE law.
